China Ta Soke Rancen Dala Biliyan 22 Da Najeriya Ta Nema A Wajensa

A ranar Talata ne majalisar wakilai ta amince da bukatar gwamnatin tarayya na karbar bashin dala miliyan 973,474,971.38 daga bankin raya kasar Sin.

Hakan ya biyo bayan matakin da Bankin China-Exim ya yanke na kin amincewa da bukatar Najeriya na lamunin dala miliyan 22,798,446,773 da majalisar dokokin kasar ta amince a baya.

Shugaban Kwamitin Dokoki da Kasuwanci na Majalisar, Abubakar Fulata, ya gabatar da kudiri ga majalisar dokokin da ta yi gyara ga kudurin da ta amince da yarjejeniyar rancen. Kamar yadda News Online Nigeria ta rawaito.

An yi wa wannan kudiri mai taken ‘Rescision of the 2016-2018 Government External Borrowing Plan (Rolling) Plan.’

Da yake gabatar da kudirin, Fulata ya ce, Majalissar ta lura da cewa, shirin 2016-2018 na Gwamnatin Tarayya na karbar bashi ya samu amincewar.

Majalisar Dattawa da ta Wakilai a ranar 5 ga Maris, 2020, da 2 ga Yuni, 2020, bi da bi.

Majalisar ta tuna cewa majalisar ta amince da kudi dala miliyan 22,798,446,773 ne kawai a karkashin shirin 2016-2018 na matsakaicin rancen waje.

Majalisar tana sane da hanyoyin sadarwa daga Ma’aikatar Kudi ta Tarayya na neman amincewar gyare-gyare kan kudirin samar da kudade na aikin sabunta layin dogo na Najeriya (bangaren Kaduna-Kano) da annobar COVID-19 ta yi fama da shi, inda Bankin Exim na China ya janye tallafinsa na samar da kudade aikin.

Shugaban kwamitin majalisar kan yarjejeniyoyin, ka’idoji da yarjejeniyoyin, Nicholas Ossai, wanda ya yi tsokaci bayan da Fulata ta gabatar da kudirin, ya bayyana cewa bangaren zartarwa na gwamnati ya gaza gabatar da cikakkun bayanai kan yarjejeniyoyin kasuwanci da Najeriya ta kulla da wasu kasashe ga majalisar dokokin kasar.

Ossai ya kara da cewa, “Na biyu, yanzu muna canjawa daga bankin Exim na kasar Sin zuwa bankin raya kasar Sin, hakan na nufin karin wata yarjejeniya.

Kuma idan har za mu zartar da wannan kuduri, to hakan yana nufin wakilan wannan majalisa mai girma ba za su ga wadannan yarjejeniyoyin ba.
